I appreciated the proximity to the train station. The area around the hotel had restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, convenient. The staff fixed the check-in process quickly, as the robots could not process my request. The nearby convenience stores provided easy access to daily necessities.

The staff promptly addressed my check-in issue, though the robots initially failed. They solved the problem. LUGGAGE storage was available on both the first and second floors. Security measures looked effective throughout the premises.

I liked the handy location near many restaurants. The hotel was near different train lines. This made travel around the area easy. My room included a steam cupboard that I used. I also used the on-site laundry. Breakfast with halaal options was available, which I found helpful. The hotel features self check-in and check-out. Robots react to your presence. I was traveling for my honeymoon. The staff surprised me with a gift.
I waited several times for it. There was no stair access as an alternative.
